About the opportunity

Whether you’re a local, just visiting or spending a night or two in the CBD, then there's a good chance you'll pass by one of this groups colourful restaurants.

Due to expansion and internal progression, there is an opening for a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to be part of the next phase in this groups expansion and evolution. 

As a Restaurant General Manager, your aim is to maintain a restaurant standard that is an escape from the hustle and bustle, providing some of the best feel good food across the City, and making every customer feel at home.

You will be tasked with duties across front of house management, recruitment, training, stock management, rostering, food safety & OHS, HR compliance, and regular budget control most venue leaders would be across.



The ideal candidate

• A minimum of 3 years Restaurant Manager or Venue Manager experience in either QSR, cafes, casual eateries or pubs 
• Results driven leader who knows how to achieve from an ownership/group perspective 
• A leader who radiates positive energy and is the person who can lift others through good and the challenging times
• You have a genuine interest in the fast-casual dining scene and an appreciation for different service styles - whether it's QR codes or fully serviced
• The ability to join a high performing location that has clear systems and procedures
