About the opportunity

Located in a leafy laneway surrounded by independent businesses and big restaurant chains, our clients business sits in between their competitors as a medium sized quick service restaurant that is known for soul food and standout service.

Our client has launched multiple restaurants in the last 12 months across Melbourne, and they have more set to open this year so now it is time for them to bring in some fresh talent as they continue to grow.

Senior management here takes an approach of 'What is important to you matters to us' so they have raised the bar to provide flexible rosters that fit most lifestyle and tick the work life balance boxes that most Hospitality workers struggle to get.

As a Store Manager you will lead service, coach and develop staff on shift, and manage team performance for a roster of 35 staff.
You will work on the business just as much as you will in the business so expect to be across duties including rostering, P&L analysis, development plans, and inventory management. 


The ideal candidate

• A minimum of 1 years leadership experience within QSR, food retail, or casual dining is essential, ideally at a Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager level
• Solutions focused leader who can help improve and develop systems and procedures
• A genuine interest in fast food operations
• Open availability Monday to Sunday to work at the needs of the business
