The Role:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily operations and ensuring smooth service
• Train, develop, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Manage rosters, stock control, and operational efficiency
• Ensure food safety and compliance are maintained to the highest standards
• Drive sales, performance, and a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in QSR, fast-food, or casual dining (Assistant Manager or Sr. Supervisor level)
✔ A hands-on leader who motivates and inspires their team
✔ Strong operational knowledge – rostering, stock control & compliance
✔ Passion for great food, great service, and a great team culture
✔ Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
