Your Role as Sous Chef As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, upholding quality standards, and fostering a strong team culture. You’ll support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, from food preparation and service execution to cost control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the team – Train, mentor, and motivate staff to perform at their best.
  • Maintain high culinary standards – Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and execution.
  • Oversee daily operations – Manage prep, service, and kitchen workflows to maintain efficiency.
  • Control costs and stock – Monitor inventory, reduce waste, and optimize profitability.
