The Role:
The venue is looking for a Venue Manager who excels in restaurant management and has exposure to event coordination. This role requires a blend of passion for high quality service, experience in managing diverse events, and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Management: Oversee the daily operations of the venue’s restaurant, ensuring top-notch service and quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Event Operations: Manage a range of events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for clients, offering personalized support and ensuring their dining and event experiences exceed expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Financial Oversight: Handle budgeting and financial management to maintain operational efficiency and achieve financial goals.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to enhance the venue’s profile, promote both dining and event services, and attract new clients.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for both staff and guests.
