Breathtaking scenery from every angle of the property, restaurants and bars for foodies and wine lovers, and a cellar door that's a perfect spot to soaking up the regions wine history.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will need to understand that quality service can be delivered in various ways - from day trippers who are there to experience wine and casual service, through to crowds of all sorts looking for.a luxury escape from the City.

Our client requires a leader who has at least 1 years restaurant management experience in hotels, restaurants, wineries or similar.
