Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role in high-end restaurants or production
• Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, trends, and ingredients.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Passion for creativity and innovation in pastry arts.
• Culinary training and certifications preferred.
