As the part of the Management Team, you’ll:

• Lead and inspire a team of up to 20 across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).
• Drive customer satisfaction and team productivity to achieve outstanding results.
• Train, mentor and grow your team into hospitality stars.

What We’re Looking For:

• Have experience as within a busy QSR Brand with at least 2+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Senior Team Leader, Senior Supervisor, or Department Manager).
• Thrive in high-energy environments and love leading large, young teams.
• Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and developing your team’s skills.
• Are committed to your own growth and the growth of those around you.
