• Manage all event quoting, balancing volume and timing; no sales involved—orders are inbound.
• Oversee event planning, logistics and execution from start to finish.
• Lead front-of-house staff, fostering teamwork and training excellence.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on catering for events of all sizes.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through site inspections and client bookings.
• Proficient in booking systems, Microsoft Office and hands-on business management.

• Extensive Event Experience: Proven ability to manage and deliver complex events.
• Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer Focus: A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with booking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and a numbers-focused approach to quoting.
• Manual Car License: Required for the role.
• RSA and FSS certifications (can be completed during employment).
