Once trained and brought up to speed after a detailed 60 day plan, you will be responsible for a portfolio of 7 restaurants across Greater Melbourne, requiring you to lead, coach and inspire middle management whilst ensuring business goals are achieved.
To be successful in this role, you will excel in reacting to change, have strong Area Management skills in managing people & restaurant performance, and have the ability to execute commercial direction.
What we are looking for: - Ideal candidate will have 2+ years hospitality experience as a Area Manager, State Manager/Regional Manager or similar level
- A people first leader with a natural ability to motivate all levels - from coaching future leaders to managing stakeholders
- You see the big picture and have the ability to implement and drive change through the lense of an executive team
- Experience leading, inspiring & developing teams within hospitality is essential
- Ability to demonstrate how to develop & maximise revenue growth across a portfolio of venues is important
- A leader who understands and appreciate all things fast-casual dining
- You have the ability to drive results through values and take an inclusive approach to sales analysis with Restaurant leaders
