About the opportunity

Our client has put health foods and wellness at the bedrock of it's business,  with an operation that promotes healthy living through fresh and delicious offerings, and providing a service model that creates a real sense of community.

As the Store Manager, you will work in tandem with business owners to maintain product success whilst running all aspects of the hospitality operation - from food handling and shift management, to maintaining efficient processes so cost control is running to the highest standard.

Leading a team upwards of 10, you will need the experience required to motivate, coach, and develop a team of professionals who need continuous guidance to ensure performance levels  meet ownership expectation.


The ideal candidate:

• 1 years Restaurant Manager, Cafe Manager or Store Manager experience working in QSR, casual dining, or cafes is preferred
• A leader who can adapt to new systems and procedures, and understands how to achieve results from an ownership perspective
• A professional who is looking to align with a concept that aligns with values in community, wellness, and an active lifestyle
• Skills in cost control, hiring processes, and food safety are desirable
