What we need from you!

• Experience leading and driving a large team in a fun, fast-paced environment - knowledge of both front and back of house areas is desirable
• Immaculate presentation and a smile from ear to ear
• Ability to provide amazing customer service, even when the heat is on!
• Understanding of costs and labour control
• Motivated by working towards targets and KPI’s
• Willingness to develop and grow
