Our client operates 24 dynamic food and beverage outlets across Australia where workplace health and safety is a top priority. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with hospitality experience - front or back of house - who has had exposure in OHS to step into a pivotal role. You'll be responsible for:

• Conducting WHS and Food Safety audits across interstate sites
• Creating and manage risk assessment plans
• Handling end-to-end incident reporting and resolution
• Monitoring and update WHS policies to ensure compliance with legislation
• Delivering engaging WHS training and support team development

The Ideal Candidate

• A collaborative, hands-on hospitality professional with health and safety experience
• Passionate about creating safe, secure and compliant workplaces
• Excellent communicator who can coach and mentor diverse teams on WHS
• Strong knowledge of current WHS practices and legislation
• Open to monthly interstate travel (1–3 days per trip)
• Full driver’s licence
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
• Strong IT skills
