The role: 

The purpose of the role of Assistant Manager is to support the Store Manager with development of the team skills & capabilities, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times & ensuring store financial targets are being achieved. 

Part of your role will be ensuring H&S standards are being met including that of food preparation to meet food safety standards. 

What you will bring to the role: 

-Leadership experience managing teams of about 10x in size 
-Cohesive, confident & fun leadership approach 
-Proven experience working towards strcutured KPIs and Sales Targets 
-Experience working with fresh food is preferred 
-A desire to want to continue to learn & develop your own skills as there are plenty of progression opportunities 

What you will be rewarded with: 

-Pay rate $26 - 28 per hour (dependnant on experience) 
-Miniumum 30x hours per week, realistically 40x hours per week 
-Tuesday - Saturday roster
