We are looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager in the northern suburbs with a passion for customer service and leading people to take the reigns of busy restaurants and drive great results.
You will have ownership of all aspects of the business inclusive of labour, stock control, safety compliance and people management.
Lead both front and back of house teams to success and ensure that they are engaged and love the place they work!

You will also have the opportunity to engage and give back to the local community. Lead community based programs aimed to help non-for-profit organisations and do good! 

About You:

• Over 2 years management experience in a food business such as restaurants, fast food or cafes
• Leadership experience of cross trained teams across FOH and BOH is desirable
• Great financial acumen with an ability to work towards KPIs such as labour, COGS, GP and customer satisfaction
• A desire to drive high customer satisfaction and great food quality
• Positive attitude with a solution focused mindset
