The Opportunity

Our client prides themselves on simple, fresh ingredients and creates a variety of classic and innovative offerings. Taking off around Melbourne, this cafe group are becoming the local go to for either breakfast or lunch. 

It's time for a Multi Site Manager to come on board to help maintain growth, drive excellence across daily operations, and help venue leaders with their continuous development. You will be exposed and responsible for recruitment & onboarding, team KPI management, sales analysis, and be  reporting in to the executive leadership team.

This organisation have plans to expand across Australia so there is a high chance of this role leading to interstate/national exposure.

The Candidate

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Multi Site Manager or Area Manager working in QSR, fast casual dining, or cafes.
• A hands on leader that despite the title, still gets stuck in with the team to show how operations should be at an all time high

• Second to none relationship and communication skills - from top to bottom
• A 'people first' leader with natural ability to inspire and motivate
• Ability to see the big picture and drive a structured strategy
