Now, they’re seeking a passionate leader to join their team and contribute to their growing success. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the second in charge and oversee the guest experience portfolio ensuring customer satisfaction, coaching and training staff, and leading busy shifts of up to 15 staff.

The Candidate: - Minimum of 1 year in a quick-service or casual dining operation, with proven skills in leading teams and overseeing daily operations.
- Motivated and committed to growth, with potential to advance into a Restaurant Manager role.
- Familiar working to achieve specific targets and KPIs, ensuring both operational and financial goals are met.
- Demonstrates a keen understanding of what makes for exceptional guest experiences, consistently delivering high standards in service.
