The Opportunity

This vibrant fast-casual dining group have two locations in the West that are seeing a huge increase in volume, and so they are on the lookout for someone who's ready to step up and support the Restaurant Manager in running the show.

As the Assistant Manager, you will have your own portfolio of the business to look after as well as being the right-hand to a seasoned Restaurant Manager, taking charge of training and development while also owning shift management when they're not around.

The Candidate

• 2 years of management experience in QSR, fast casual dining, or casual dining
• Confident in stock management, food safety compliance, shift management, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Great communication skills, career driven and a hunger to grow within the industry
