This rapidly expanding brand is looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to join their successful restaurant in central Brisbane.

We are looking for:
  • Experienced QSR leaders or chefs confident in a high volume, high energy setting
  • Develop and uphold a culture of camaraderie and positivity within the team 
  • Strong staff management, leadership, and development skills
  • Experience in controlling a finances & stock
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of your kitchen
  • Sound hygiene and adherence to HACCP regulations
  • Casual dining and QSR experience is a bonus
