The role:

  • Support daily operations by ensuring top-notch service and seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Contribute to boosting revenue through effective cost management, scheduling and payroll, all while enhancing the guest experience.
  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training staff, promoting teamwork, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Seeking candidates with:

  • Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn and develop their management skills.
  • Experience in hospitality or a customer service role, with a willingness to support and train team members.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • A passion for food and beverage, along with a commitment to maintaining excellent grooming and presentation standards.
