This is a role where you will work with an Australian hospitality business who is dynamic, passionate and exciting!! No day will be the same and you will be supported and rewarded for your commitment and hard work. 

The role: 
  • Shift supervisor with progression on the cards!!
  • Lead teams of up to 30 in a fast paced service/back of house environment
  • Help your team achieve customer service & productivity goals
  • Full financial accountability for the restaurant; manager COGS, wastage & salaries

What we are looking for: 
  • Shift supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager with 2+ years in quick service/fast food businesses
  • Love leading teams of 30+ & passionate about developing your people
  • Highly developed skills in admin, controlling food costs and wages
  • Passion for food, customer service & team work
