they invest in their people and believe in a healthy workplace!You will be vital to the leadership team, supporting the Restaurant Manager to run a slick operation; assisting with recruitment, training, driving KPI's on the floor, working to budgets, driving sales, and maintaining a healthy culture.
This is a role that requires a true team player, someone that rolls their sleeves up and is the first to lead by example.

Skills & Experience
- Previous Management experience leading teams of 10+ in QSR, casual dining, food retail or cafes is essential
- Well presented and excellent communication skills
- Team player and passion for training team members
- Understanding of working to targets/KPI
- You shine on the floor; enjoy building rapport with guests, unfazed handling difficult situations, a passion for all things guest experience
