A brand new restaurant in the heart of Sydney CBD is looking for a talented Sommelier to enhance the dining experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a landmark establishment belonging to one of the biggest and well known restaurant groups in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to elevate guest experiences.
• Conduct engaging wine tastings and educational sessions for guests and staff.
• Build strong relationships with wine suppliers and manage inventory effectively.
• Maintain high standards of wine service and guest interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Sommelier or in a similar high-end dining role.
• Minimum WSET Level 2 certification.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for outstanding service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
