About the Role:
In this key position, the Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. They will lead a dedicated team, manage staff training, and maintain the restaurant’s commitment to quality and authenticity in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
• Ensure all food and service standards are met and exceeded
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Drive sales and monitor KPIs to achieve quarterly bonuses
• Build strong relationships with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere for families and friends

About You:

• Previous experience within Restaurant Management 
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Passionate about food and creating memorable dining experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
