The role:

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, autonomy and a high care factor with operational and administrative responsibilities. You’ll be empowered to run the show, but you’re never far from support. 

Ideal Characteristics:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to instill the company core values in every interaction whether that is with a customer, a team member or supplier
• Experience from either a retail, F&B and/or events settings
• Excellent financial acumen with the knowledge and creativity to increase revenue.
