The Role:

  • As Assistant Manager, thrive in a team-focused culture, leading a team of up to 25
  • Must be enthusiastic and hands-on, with a passion for process and product quality
  • Enjoy a fast-paced QSR environment
  • Oversee efficient back-of-house operations; Manage inventory and food preparation
  • Delegate tasks and implement policies to meet sales, labor and customer experience targets
  • Ensure compliance with audits, maintain cleanliness, train staff, manage OH&S standards and support recruitment and staff development.

Seeking Candidate with:

  • Experience in QSR & Drive-Thru, Fast food environments
  • Experience with rostering and COGs
  • Proven people leadership and performance management experience
  • Passionate and authentic approach to delivering genuine hospitality
  • Ability to work within and lead a diverse team.
