We’re on the lookout for an experienced Reservations Manager to join their flagship 300+ room property on the Gold Coast. If you've got a solid background in Opera RMS, strong leadership skills, and a knack for going above and beyond for guests read on.

About the Opportunity

You’ll oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department, handling both group and individual bookings. Your focus will be on delivering personalised service and maintaining high brand standards. Plus, you’ll play a key role in helping your team grow and excel.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience managing a Reservations Department with a focus on optimising revenue and maintaining top-notch guest service.
• A proven track record of maximizing room occupancy and rates while keeping everything running smoothly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with other teams including Rooms Division, Marketing and F&B.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and developing your team to hit business goals and individual performance targets.
• A strong commitment to high customer service standards, ensuring guests always have an amazing experience.
