About the opportunity

Our client is one of Melbourne's most successful restaurant chains that is slowly becoming a household name in the fast-casual dining scene.

The role of Restaurant Manager will require you to maintain a high level service whilst supervising a team of 6 to 10 on shift across a small dine in venue that has cult like following through platforms like Doordash and Uber Eats as it's a take out go-to!

The group have been incredibly successful at transitioning hospitality leaders from cafes, food retail, quick service restaurants, and hotels.

At this business you will learn how to shift manage to the highest level all whilst being able to run a business unit - this company goes the extra mile to upskill their leaders and get them on track to run a business unit.



The candidate

• A leader who can truly coach and inspire others in a upbeat and positive working environment
• You are a natural front of house leader and have a passion for running service
• P&L management experience is desirable, but not essential
• You excel working in systematic environments that have well defined  procedures 
• A minimum of 1 years Restaurant Manager experience is essential, preferably within QSR, Cafes, Pubs or Hotels
