Lead the training function across NSW for a 'delicious' & healthy national brand - induct franchise partners, train store managers & support new sites

We are currently seeking a QSR professional who is looking to continue their experience across training & development working as a Trainer for the state of NSW. This role will see you working with a family focused brand, leading the skill development of all restaurants across NSW. 

The role: 

• Working across multiple sites
• Develop & improve training process & procedure
• Induct new starters & complet training plans
• Reporting to the National Ops Manager

About you: 

• Experienced as a QSR Restaurant Manager
• Ideally have worked across both corporate & franchise stores 
• LOVE supporting & seeing people succeed
• Looking for the next step in your Restaurant Manager career
