As a Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the second in charge working closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve growth and influence the success of the business. Your portfolio of responsibility will include guest experience, shift management, KPI tracking and as well as motivating and inspiring your people to perform at their natural best.

The Candidate

• Experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, 2IC or similar role in a QSR or fast paced dining environment. 
• A hunger and passion for achieving excellence from a brand perspective
• Customer centric - the ability to target under performing areas that prevents service from reaching its full potential
• Well presented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands on leader who loves the hustle and bustle of restaurant service
