What You'll Do:

• Work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure top-notch service every day.
• Inspire and guide a passionate team, setting and maintaining high standards.
• Oversee daily operations to keep everything running smoothly.
• Deliver outstanding service consistently, even during the busiest times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in management or supervision in busy venues or restaurants.
• Strong skills in food and beverage operations, including managing rosters and ensuring compliance.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and evenings.
• A genuine desire to grow and advance your career in hospitality.
