About the opportunity

Our client invests in all of their people, and when they identify assets in the business they will go above and beyond to present opportunity at a Area Management and/or joint venture partner level.

You will find a number of their restaurant dotted around Melbourne CBD as well as the many that have now expanded across North, East, and South East of Melbourne Metro.

As a Restaurant General Manager, your role will be heading up a team of 30 superstars for one of the company's highest performing locations under their banner, requiring you to cover all restaurant aspects, including P&L management, shift management, performance management, recruitment & training.

We want to connect with leaders who have 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager, Store Manager or Venue Manager who have worked in pubs, cafes, QSR, and chained restaurants.

• A roster with true balance - you will need to have open availability being the main Manager, however, they expect you to design a roster that works for you (flexible with requests and no late nights)
• Not a late night operation. Most evenings closed by 10pm
• You'll have regular face time with an Operations Manager who will treat you like a family member and help support your own development plan
