This role is viewed as a long-term position within the group where you will be overseeing the operations of the whole venue.

• Ensure an excellent customer experience is being delivered at all times 
• Collaborate the FOH and BOH team

• Create an effective roster and meeting the venues recruitment needs 
• Ensuring the bar is kept stocked 
• Mentoring and upskilling the team where needed
• Have an interest in televised sporting events, creating a calendar and planning events for major live events 
• Resolve problems on the spot

• Have a passion for the hospitality industry 
• Hold a valid managers cert for 3+ years
• Have 3+ Years’ experience in a similar leadership role
• Have great written and oral communication
• Previous experience working with gaming machines is an advantage 
• Able to work well within a team
