Beloved by both locals and visitors, their establishments are acclaimed for their dynamic seasonal menus, stunning views, and meticulous yet welcoming service.

We are seeking a Front of House Manager and Supervisors for their exciting new venture in the Brisbane market. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated and hands-on, with a robust service background and a profound understanding of the industry. A passion for wine and comprehensive wine knowledge is essential.


We are looking for hospitality professionals with:

• Experience at Assistant Manager or supervisor level in an elevated dining, casual fine dining or bar & dining environment
• Calm and poise in high volume venues 
• A passion for great quality service
• Good general F&B and wine knowledge
• A keen interest in training and developing others
• An attitude to strive for perfection and chase accolades 
• Proven ability to think outside the box and generate revenue
• Amazing problem solver
• Are confident leading large teams (30+) to deliver excellence in service
